The Ecology Center’s Community Table Hosts Chef Jason McLeod and Sabrina Nyswonger of Ironside Fish and Oyster

• The Ecology Center invites the community to gather for an outdoor live fire dinner to celebrate the seasonal flavors of the farm. A unique Orange County experience that brings culinary artists in our region back to the source. Together, we are deepening the relationship between growers, chefs, and eaters. 

On April 25, the collaborative duo Jason McLeod & Sabrina Nyswonger will blend classical techniques with globally inspired, ingredient-driven cooking to shape a menu guided by the farm’s peak spring harvest. 

Come down to the farm and experience a one-of-a-kind meal built directly from the land.
